(formerly Acuren Corporation and hereinafter referred to as “we,” “our,” “us,” “TIC Solutions,” or the“Company”) is a leading provider of tech-enabled Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance (“TICC”), engineering andconsulting, and geospatial services. On August 4, 2025 (the “NV5 Closing Date”), the Company completed its acquisition of NV5Global, Inc. (“NV5” and such acquisition, the “NV5 Acquisition”), an engineering and consulting services company. The Companyoperates primarily in NorthAmerica and serves both private and public-sector clients.
