ORGANIZATION AND BASIS OF PRESENTATION Organization— Bright Horizons Family Solutions Inc. (“Bright Horizons” or the “Company”) provides early education and childcare, comprehensive back-up care solutions, and educational advisory services for employers and families in the United States, theUnited Kingdom, the Netherlands, Australia and India. The Company provides services designed to support both working families andemployers' workforce strategies by supporting their employees across life and career stages, and improving employee recruitment,engagement, productivity, retention, and career advancement.
