Fiscal2025Results 2025wasatransitional yearinwhichUSANAgenerated$925 million in net sales,an 8% increase driven primarilyby Hiya and Rise Wellness.The core nutritional businesscontinued to face year-over-year declines in activecustomers,althoughitshowedmodestsequentialimprovement in net sales in key markets during the fourthquarter.Notwithstandingthesechallenges,theCompanycontinuedtoexecuteitsglobal strategy,whichiscenteredon product innovation, improving the income opportunityfor our Brand Partner sales force,and increasing ouroperational efficiency.We believe this strategy positionsUsANAtodeliversustainablesalesandcustomergrowth GivingBack TheUSANAFoundation,which is thecharitablearmofourbusiness,continuedtofulfill itsmissionofproviding immediateand long-termglobalfood reliefforthoseinsevereneed.Thefoundationcarriesoutitsmissionbyleadinganetworkofcommunity-drivenpartnerships to nourish those in need,equip individualsto better nourish themselves,and help eliminate hungerthroughout the world. In 2025, the USANA Foundationprovided,among otherthings: RepositionedforFutureGrowth In2025,we continued repositioning thebusinesstocompetemoreeffectivelyinarapidlyevolvingglobalwellnessmarket.Within ourcorenutritionalbusiness,we advanced several initiatives designedtostrengthenlong-term competitiveness.These initiatives includedtherolloutofourenhancedBrandPartnercompensationplan,an accelerated product development cycle,andfurtheralignment of our cost structure withcurrentsaleslevels.Collectively,theseactions positionthebusinesstocapture improved operational leverage going forward. Over7million meals;Support and grants to 72 partner organizationsworldwide;Backpacks of food for at-risk children to take homeon the weekend and during extended school breaks;andChildren's vitamins and nutrition support to some ofthe most vulnerable populations globally. Ouromnichannelbrandscontinuedtoplayacritical roleinUSANA'sgrowthprofile. Our team is proud of the positive impact that USANAis creating around the world. Ouromnichannelbrandsrepresented16%ofconsolidatednet sales in fiscal 2025,comparedto just1% in 2024,demonstratingsubstantialaccelerationinthediversificationofour revenuestreams.We expect this mixto exceed 20%in fiscal 2026.
