In November 2025,followinga review of the financial performance andoperational status of the football club business segment,theGroup determined to cease and dispose of thesaid business segment. The management is of the viewthat the disposal of the football club business segmentwould release the Group’s obligation to provide furtherfinancial support to such segment. Moreover, the disposalpresented an opportune moment for the Group to realisetheinvestment and facilitated the consolidation of theGroup’s resources towards the high-growth opportunitiesin the new energy automobiles and related business. Priorto this disposal,the Group operated throughthreebusiness segments:(i)new energy automobilesandrelated business;(ii)investment in properties;and(iii)operation of a professional football club in the UKandother related business.Following the disposal,theGroup’s continuing operations now consist of thenewenergy automobiles and related business and theinvestmentin properties,with the professional footballclub business classified as discontinued operations.
