ClarendonHouse, 2 Church Street, Hamilton HM11,Bermuda. The Company is a limited liability company incorporated in Bermuda. The addressof its registered office is Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton HM11,Bermuda. The Company’s shares are listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange ofHong Kong Limited. This condensed consolidated interim financial information is presented in HongKong dollars, unless otherwise stated, and has been approved for issue by theBoard of Directors on 26th February 2026. 2BASIS OF PREPARATION 2 34 This condensed consolidated interim financial information for the six monthsended 31st December 2025 has been prepared in accordance with Hong KongAccounting Standard (“HKAS”) 34 “Interim Financial Reporting”. This condensedconsolidated interim financial information does not include all the notes of the typenormally included in an annual financial report. Accordingly, this report is to beread in conjunction with the annual financial statements for the year ended 30thJune 2025, which have been prepared in accordance with Hong Kong FinancialReporting Standards (“HKFRSs”).
