This decreasewas mainly from Construction Division and Interior andRenovation Division. 截 至 二 零 二 五 年 九 月 三 十 日 止 六 個 月，本集團未經審核綜合虧損為港幣274,600,000元，而 二 零 二 四 年 同 期 錄 得 淨 虧 損 為 港 幣193,100,000元。淨 虧 損 主 要 由 於 出 售TheConnaught（合營企業持有的酒店）錄得虧損約港幣182,100,000元以及利率相對較高及物業市場下行，導致本集團及合營企業持有之物業重估淨虧損約港幣84,600,000元，連同利息支出約港幣23,800,000元。有關出售虧損以及本集團及合營企業持有之物業重估淨虧損乃透過投資物業之公平值變動虧損、合營企業貸款在預期信貸虧損模式下之減值虧損撥備及分佔合營企業業績等方式於本期間確認。截至二零二五年九月三十日止六個月的經營業績（未計入上述出售虧損、重估淨虧損及利息支出）為溢利港幣15,900,000元（二零二四年：港幣23,000,000元）。 The unaudited consolidated loss of the Group for the sixmonths ended 30 September 2025 was HK$274.6 million,while a net loss of HK$193.1 million was recorded forthe same period in 2024. The net loss is mainly due tothe loss on disposal for The Connaught, a hotel held bythe joint venture of approximately HK$182.1 million andnet revaluation loss of the properties held by the Groupand joint ventures of approximately HK$84.6 milliontogether with the interest expenses of approximatelyHK$23.8 million as a result of relative high interest rateand so the downturn in the property market.
