The Condensed Consolidated Financial Statementshave been prepared by us pursuant to the rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Certain information andfootnote disclosures normally included in financial statements prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in theUnited States of America (“GAAP”) have been condensed or omitted pursuant to such rules and regulations. The unaudited interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements do not include all of the information and footnotes required byGAAP for audited financial statements. The balance sheet as of June30, 2025 was derived from the Company’s audited ConsolidatedFinancial Statements included in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June30, 2025, but does not include alldisclosures required by GAAP for audited financial statements.
