BUSINESS REVIEW, IMPORTANT EVENTSOCCURRED AFTER THE END OF FINANCIALYEAR AND PROSPECT 於 二 零 二 四 年，全 球 股 市 整 體 表 現 較 去 年 有 所 改善。恒 生 指 數（「恒 生 指 數」）於 二 零 二 五 年 第 二 季 度維 持 上 漲 趨 勢。恒 生 指 數 從 二 零 二 四 年 九 月 三 十 日 的21,134點上漲至二零二五年九月三十日的26,856點。 In Year 2024, the global stock markets generally have a betterperformancecompared to that in last year.Hang Seng Index(‘‘HSI’’) maintained the rising trend in the second quarter of Year2025. HSI increased from 21,134 points as at 30 September 2024to 26,856 points as at 30 September 2025. 在此積極向好的市場氛圍下，本集團上市證券的表現 與 市 場 一 致，並 於 截 至 二 零 二 五 年 九 月 三 十 日 止 年度錄得約125,300,000港元的上市投資總收益。 Insuch positive market atmosphere,the performance ofGroup’s listed securities is in line with the market, and total gainof listed investments approximately HK$125.3 million in the yearended 30 September 2025 was recorded. 就非上市投資而言，本集團在本期間通常保持其債券 投 資 組 合。截 至 二 零 二 五 年 九 月 三 十 日 止 年 度 錄 得20,600,000港元的債券利息收入。 In connection with unlisted investments, the Group generallymaintainedits bonds portfolio during the Period.Bond interestincome of approximately HK$20.6 million were recorded in the yearended 30 September 2025. 根 據 香 港 特 區 政 府 署 理 政 府 經 濟 顧 問 於 二 零 二 五年八月十五日發佈的二零二五年第二季度經濟表現新聞公報及最新的二零二五年本地生產總值及物價預測，在 出 口 表 現 強 勁 及 本 地 需 求 改 善 的 支 持 下，香 港 經 濟在 二 零 二 五 年 第 二 季 度 繼 續 穩 健 擴 張。實 質 本 地 生 產總值在第二季度按年增長3.1%，輕微高於上一季度3.0%的 增 幅。經 季 節 性 調 整 後 按 季 比 較，實 質 本 地 生 產 總值進一步上升0.4%。儘管美國貿易政策持續給全球經濟 和 貿 易 帶 來 不 確 定 性，但 韌 性 的 外 部 需 求 以 及 因 美國 暫 時 放 寬 關 稅 措 施 而 出 現 的 趕 運 潮，共 同 推 動 香 港貨 物 整 體 出 口 在 第 二 季 度 實 質 同 比 增 長11.5%，增 速較 上 一 季 度 加 快。與 此 同 時，受 惠 於 訪 港 旅 遊 業 強 勁增 長、跨 境 運 輸 量 進 一 步 擴 張，以 及 金 融 及 相 關 商 業服 務 活 動 在 本 地 股 市 暢 旺 下 表 現 活 躍，服 務 輸 出 繼 續顯 著 擴 張，按 年 實 質 上 升7.5%。因 貿 易 緊 張 局 勢 有 所緩 和 後 市 場 氣 氛 改 善，本 地 股 市 在 第 二 季 度 保 持 上 漲勢頭。 In accordance with the press release of economic performancein the second quarter of 2025 and latest GDP and price forecast2025,which is issued by the Acting Government Economist ofHongKong Government on 15 August 2025,the Hong Kongeconomycontinued to expand solidly in the second quarter of2025,supported by strong exports performance and improveddomestic demand. Real GDP grew by 3.1% year-on-year in thesecond quarter, picking up slightly from the growth of 3.0% in theprecedingquarter.On a seasonally adjusted quarter-to-quarterbasis, real GDP rose further by 0.4%.
