MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS管理層討論及分析 The Company and its subsidiaries (collectivelyreferred to as the “Group”) is a full-servicerestaurantgroup in Hong Kong offeringCantonese dining service and banquet serviceincluding wedding banquet service and ChaChaan Teng operations. 本公司及其附屬公司（統稱「本集團」）為香港一間全面服務式酒樓集團，提供粵式餐飲服務及宴會服務，包括婚宴服務及茶餐廳營運。 業務回顧 BUSINESS REVIEW 本集團是香港及中華人民共和國（「中國」）一個全面服務式酒樓集團，提供粵式餐飲服務及宴會服務，包括婚宴服 務 及 茶 餐 廳 營 運。截 至2025年9月30日止的六個月期間，香港傳統中式餐廳行業的經營環境較截至2025年3月31日止的財政年度略見緩和，但結構性挑戰依然存在。市場下滑主要源於兩大關鍵因素：香港居民日益傾向赴中國內地用膳，當地傳統餐廳以具競爭力的價格提供更全面的服務；以及 年 輕 世 代 轉 向 選 擇 平 價 快 捷 餐 飲選項（如連鎖快餐店或外送平台），此趨勢因後疫情時代行為改變而加劇。此外，跨境交通基礎設施擴展進一步鼓勵香港居民於中國內地消費。 TheGroup is a Hong Kong and People’sRepublic of China (“PRC”) based full-servicerestaurantentity specializing in Cantonesediningand banquet services,particularlyweddingbanquets and Cha Chaan Tengoperations.During the six months ended30September 2025,conditions in HongKong’straditional Chinese restaurant sectorshowedsome moderation compared to thefiscalyear-ended 31 March 2025,thoughstructuralchallenges persisted.The marketdownturnprimarily stemmed from two keyfactors:the growing preference of HongKongresidents to dine in mainland China,wheretraditional restaurants provide morecomprehensive services at competitive prices,andthe younger generation’s shift towardaffordable, quick-service dining options suchas fast-food chains or delivery platforms—atrend amplified by post-COVID-19 behavioralchanges.
