As one of Malaysia’s main contractors, we have always believed that we arenot just in the business of building structures – we are building communities,opportunities, and the foundation for a better tomorrow. 行業概覽 Industry Landscape The Malaysian construction sector has navigated through a challenging yettransformative landscape over the past year. After enduring the aftershocks ofthe pandemic and subsequent global supply chain disruptions, the industryhas shown encouraging signs of rebound, supported by increased publicinfrastructure spending and a revival in private development activities. However, we remain cognizant of persisting headwinds. Rising material costs,skilled labour shortages, and regulatory hurdles continue to exert pressureon margins and timelines.
