Its registered office is Cricket Square, HutchinsDrive, P.O. Box 2681, Grand Cayman KY1-1111, Cayman Islandsand its principal place of business is Units 1204–07, 12th Floor,Shui On Centre, 6–8 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. TheCompany’s shares are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong KongLimited (the “Stock Exchange”). During the six months ended 30 September 2025 (the “Period”),the principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries (togetherreferred to as the “Group”) include: –the business of leasing of oil and liquefied chemicalterminal, together with its storage and logistics facilities(the “Port and Storage Facilities”), and provision of agencyservices of oil and liquefied chemical products (collectivelythe “Oil and Liquefied Chemical Terminal”); and –the trading of electronic products (the “Trading of ElectronicProducts”). 34 These unaudited condensed consolidated interim financialstatements have been prepared in accordance with Hong KongAccounting Standard (“HKAS”) 34,Interim Financial Reportingissued by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants(the “HKICPA”) and the applicable disclosure requirements of theRules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange (the“Listing Rules”).
