The unaudited condensed financial statements have been prepared in United States dollars, in accordance with accountingprinciples generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”). The preparation of the consolidated financial statements inconformity with GAAP requires management to make use of estimates and assumptions that affect the reported amounts of assets andliabilities, disclosure of contingent assets and liabilities, and the reported amounts of revenues and expenses. Actual results may differ fromthose estimates.
