CHAIRMAN’S STATEMENT主席報告 行業回顧 INDUSTRY REVIEW 中 華 人 民 共 和 國（「中 國」）互 聯 網 在 政 府 的 大力 支 持 下 飛 速 發 展，近 年 來 大 幅 普 及。根 據 中國國家統計局發佈的數據，中國當地互聯網上網 人 口 已 由 二 零 一 五 年 的 約6.9億 人 穩 定 增 加至二零二四年的約11億人，複合年增長率約為5.3%。中 國 的 移 動 互 聯 網 用 戶 人 口 已 由 二 零一 五 年 的 約9.6億 人 增 加 至 二 零 二 四 年 的 約16億人，複合年增長率約為5.8%。此彰顯移動互聯網於互聯網行業的意義與重要性。本集團認為，移動寬帶用戶群的快速增長將有利於中國網絡教育及培訓的發展，因為較高速度的數據傳輸（如5G技術）可在網絡教育及培訓課程內實現更順暢的視頻流及更多互動功能。中國的網絡 教 育 行 業 市 場 價 值 巨 大。根 據 官 方 資 料，二零 二 三 年 全 國 教 育 經 費 總 投 入 約 人 民 幣6.459萬億元，中國財政性教育經費佔國內生產總
