MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION ANDANALYSIS OVERVIEW The Group’s principal activity is manufacturing and tradinggarment products for internationally renowned brandnames. The Group utilizes its production facilities in Heshan,Mainland China (the “Heshan facility”), and engagesoverseas subcontractors for its manufacturing process. In addition, the Group has a securities investment businesssegment that trades securities listed on the Hong Kong StockExchange Limited. Concerning the volatile stock market, theGroup continues to adopt a conservative investment strategyduring the period under review. RESULTS 86.969.0%280.83.389.7%32.1(a)(b)(i)(ii)(c) For the six months ended 30 June 2025, the Group’srevenue amounted to HK$86.9 million, 69.0% lower thanthe same period in 2024 (2024: HK$280.8 million). Grossprofit reached HK$3.3 million, a 89.7% decrease versus thesame period in 2024 (2024: HK$32.1 million). The decreasesin revenue and gross profits for the period were mainly dueto (a) a substantial decline in revenue, mainly attributableto a marked reduction in order volumes from our principalcustomers in the United States and Europe, primarily dueto the change in customers’ sourcing strategy, alongsidebroader macro-economic headwinds; (b) the decrea
