ABOUT CR POWER關於華潤電力 華潤電力控股有限公司（「本公司」或「華潤 電 力」）及 其 附 屬 公 司（「本 集 團」）主 要在中華人民共和國（「中國」）投資、開發、運營和管理風電場、光伏電站、水電站及其 他 清 潔 及 可 再 生 能 源 項 目 和 燃 煤 發 電廠。業務還涉及分佈式能源、售電、智慧能源及煤炭等領域。 China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited (the“Company”or“CR Power”), together with its subsidiaries (the“Group”) mainlyinvests, develops, operates and manages wind farms, photovoltaicpower plants, hydroelectric power plants and other clean andrenewable energy projects and coal-fired power plants in thePeople’s Republic of China (“China”or the“PRC”). Itstotal attributable grid-connected installed capacity was 78,094 MW,with 26.4% of its capacity located in Central China, 22.1% inEastern China, 14.0% in Southern China, 13.6% in Northern China,11.4% in Northwestern China, 6.3% in Southwestern China, 6.1%i n N o r t h e a s t e r n C h i n a a n d 0 . 1 % i n H o n g K o n g S p e c i a lAdministrative Region of China (“Hong Kong”) and overseas.
