ABOUT CR POWER關於華潤電力 China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited (the “Company”or “CR Power”) mainly invests, develops, operates and manageswind farms, photovoltaic power plants, hydro-electric power plantsand other clean and renewable energy projects and coal-fired powerplants in China. Its business also covers distributed energy, powersales, intelligent energy, coal mining, and other areas. 華潤電力控股有限公司（「本公司」或「華潤電力」）主要在中國投資、開發、運營和管理風電場、光伏電站、水電站及其他清潔及可再生能源項目和燃煤發電廠。業務還涉及分佈式能源、售電、智慧能源及煤炭等領域。 As at 30 June 2023, CR Power had 42 coal-fired power plants, 171wind farms, 58 photovoltaic power plants, 2 hydro-electric powerplants and 5 gas-fired power plants in commercial operations. Itstotal attributable operational generation capacity was 54,986MW,with 29.1% of its capacity located in Central China, 27.0% inEastern China, 15.1% in Southern China, 14.3% in Northern China,6.0% in Northwestern China, 5.0% in Northeastern China, and3.5% in Southwestern China.
