The Group’s majorbusinesses include property development, commercial management,property management and long-term rental apartments business. TheCompany is headquartered in Shanghai for its business operations,while implementing regional focused development strategy in theYangtze River Delta Economic Zone, the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, the Bohai Rim Economic Zone, the WestTaiwan Strait Economic Zone and the Central Western Region. 56 The Group’s property projects are distributed in 56 cities, includingBeijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Chengdu, Suzhou, Hangzhou,Nanjing, Zhengzhou, Qingdao, Jinan, Xiamen, Nanchang andKunming, etc. Its products cover a wide range of properties includinghigh-rise residential buildings, offices, shopping malls and long-termrental apartments.
