MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS I. I.BUSINESS REVIEW The Group is a leading comprehensive hazardous wasteincineration turnkey solution provider in the PRC focusedon the research, design, integration and commissioning ofsolid waste treatment systems, particularly for hazardouswaste incineration. Leveraging its experience and expertisein hazardous waste incineration, the Group has expandedits offerings to other areas of solid waste treatment, suchascement plant parallel kiln co-treatment and pyrolysistreatment of solid waste. The Group conducts research anddevelopment of technologies related to these new areas andhave successfully applied some of them to its new solid wastetreatment projects. The Group is also engaged in the business of provision ofoilfield auxiliary services and oil sludge thermal desorptiontreatmentin Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Withyears of local market development and project experienceaccumulation, revenue from the oilfield auxiliary servicesbusiness has increased significan
