The economy was overall stable, but stillfaced weak resident consumption and insufficient effective demand.The government has included the in-depth implementation of boostingconsumption, fostering new growth points in service consumption, andexpanding consumer demand in safeguarding and improving people’slivelihood as important objectives for the second half of the year.The Group’s customer segment, banks, has also entered a key stageof transformation, facing challenges of cautious and conservativecredit-based spending, intense competition for existing customers,and the impact of emotional economy, etc. As an important partner ofmany banks for over 30 years, the Group is fully aware that it is thebest way to overcome difficulties by fully implementing the digital andplatform-based strategy and proactively establishing collaborationwith banks. In the first half of 2025, the Group fully advanced the UMV platform,realising intelligence and visualisation of service and operationalprocesses, and facilitating banks in their internal compliancemanagement and marketing innovation towards end users. Thisprovided new insights and models for banks’ business transformation,and also contributed to the Group’s business development. From thelate 2024 to early 2025, the Group organised “Accomplishing BankDigital Transformation through Fintech Outsourcing Workshop” forseveral times, and held discussions on efficiency improvement andmodels innovation through digital platforms. The workshops werehighly recognised and well-received by bank customers. This successwas an encouragement for the Group and bank customers to continuepursuing mutually beneficial strategies for the prosp
