(“CSI”). CSI owns 100% of each of the legal entities that collectively operate orengage in the Company’s poker-related business, commonly known as the WorldPoker Tour (“WPT”). WPT is the premier name in an internationally televised gamingand entertainment company that has been involved in the sport of poker since 2002and created a television show based on a series of high-stakes poker tournaments. Asthe Group has committed to a plan to sell the WPT business (the “Disposal Group”)prior to 31 December 2020, the Disposal Group has been reclassified as “Discontinuedoperations” and its assets and liabilities also reclassified as “Assets of disposal groupclassified as held for sale” and “Liabilities of disposal group classified as held forsale”. Details of which are set out in the Company’s announcements on 19 January2021, 23 March 2021, 29 March 2021 and 30 March 2021 and the circular of theCompany dated 10 March 2021, respectively. 為 補 充 根 據 國 際 財 務 報 告 準 則（「」）呈 列 之 財 務 報 表，自 本 公 司 股 份 於 二 零 一 四 年在 香 港 聯 合 交 易 所 有 限 公 司（「」）上 市 後，本集 團 亦 使 用 非 國 際 財 務 報 告 準 則 經 調 整 財 務 數 據 作為 額 外 評 估 財 務 表 現 之 財 務 指 標。鑒 於 國 際 財 務 報告 準 則 與 非 國 際 財 務 報 告 準 則 之 間 之 財 務 數 據 差 異並 不 重 大，且 不 會 向 本 公 司 股 東（「」）提 供 具 有意 義 之 資 料，故 此 本 公 司 決 定 將 不 再 披 露 非 國 際 財務報告準則計量指標。 Tosupplement its financial statements which is presented in accordance withInternationalFinancial Reporting Standards(“IFRS”),the Group has also usednon-IFRS adjusted financials as an additional financial measure to evaluate ourfinancialperformance since the listing of the Company’s shares on The StockExchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) in 2014. Given that thedifference between IFRS and non-IFRS financials is insignificant and will not providemeaningful information to the shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholders”), theCompany determines that it will no longer disclose non-IFRS measures. In 2023, under the background of continuous changes in the domestic andinternational environment, the Company continued to explore the overallexisting business and develop it thoroughly while actively developing newbusiness. The Company’s business in China has been growing steadily andhealthily, with continuous growth in the “Ourgame Hall” business andmobile game business.
