MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS BUSINESS REVIEW China Huajun Group Limited (the “Company”, together with itssubsidiaries as the “Group”), is an investment holding company.Our Group has engaged in three core businesses, namely (i)Printing; (ii) Trading and Logistics and (iii) Property Developmentand Investments. (i)(ii)(iii) 687.7615.572.211.7% For the six months ended 30 June 2025 (the “Reporting Period”),revenue was approximately RMB687.7 million, which representeda slight increase of approximately RMB72.2 million, or 11.7% whencompared to revenue of approximately RMB615.5 million for the sixmonths ended 30 June 2024 (the “Last Period”). 494.2422.1 Trading and Logistics segment continue to be the key segmentswhich generate revenue of approximately RMB494.2 million (the LastPeriod: approximately RMB422.1 million) The increase is mainly dueto increase in the sales volume of base oil since the market price ofbase oil is improved compared to the Last Period. 169.9160.2 Meanwhile Printing segment recorded a stable growth. whichgenerate revenue of approximately RMB169.9 million (the LastPeriod: approximately RMB160.2 million). The increase is mainlycontributed to recovery of orders from our beauty and cosmeticscustomers. MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS BUSINESS REVIEW(Continued) Thetable below sets forth our Group’s revenue by businesssegment: Below are details of the financial and trading prospects of the corebusiness segments of the Group: Printing NewIsland Printing Group Company Limited(“New Island”)isone of the leading and reputable printing and packagingcompanies in Hong Kong and the PRC. New Island produces highquality packaging and paper products with the capability to serveour international clients in the areas of beauty and cosmetics,pharmaceutical, food and beverage globally. Duringthe Reporting Period,certain beauty and cosmeticscustomers demanded for more packaging products and the Groupexpects printing business will gradually recover under challengingbusiness environment and we will devote more resources to developnew customers.
