MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS BUSINESS REVIEW China Huajun Group Limited (the “Company”, together with itssubsidiaries as the “Group”), is an investment holding company.Our Group has engaged in three core businesses, namely (i)Printing; (ii) Trading and Logistics and (iii) Property Developmentand Investments. (i)(ii)(iii) 615.52,018.71,403.269.5% For the six months ended 30 June 2024 (the “Reporting Period”),revenue was approximately RMB615.5 million, which representeda decrease of approximately RMB1,403.2 million, or 69.5% whencompared to revenue of approximately RMB2,018.7 million for thesix months ended 30 June 2023 (the “Last Period”). 2,170.01,299.3 The overall decrease in revenue was mainly attributable to thedecrease in revenue generated from our Property Development andInvestments segment. During the Last Period, one of the projectof Baohua Properties Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (“BaohuaShanghai”) which was pledged to secure a loan were enforced tojudicial auction and the entire project was sold for a considerationof approximately RMB2,170.0 million and resulted in one off revenueof RMB1,299.3 million was recognised in the Last Period and nosuch revenue in the Reporting Period, the Group did not invest oracquire new property projects during the Reporting Period andthe Group’s primarily focus is to dispose of property assets forrepayment of debt. Meanwhile Trading and Logistics segment and Printing segmentcontinue to be the key segments which generate revenue ofapproximately RMB422.1 million (the Last Period: approximatelyRMB485.0million)and approximately RMB160.2 million(LastPeriod: approximately RMB199.2 million). Decrease in revenue ofour Trading and Logistics segment was due to change in productmix to concentrate resources on trading of petrochemical productswith higher profit margin.
