The loss attributable to equity holders of theCompany was approximately HK$18,821,000 (2024: approximatelyHK$19,352,000) while loss per share was HK7.27 cents (2024:HK7.45 cents). Despite the complexity and dynamic nature of the globalbusiness landscape, the Group remained resilient. With perseveranceand determination, we are committed to collaborating with all sectorsof society. 全球經濟持續受多重不確定因素困擾，地緣政治衝突加劇，貿易保護主義緊趨，令宏觀經濟狀況持續不明朗。物流成本、金融支出、市場推廣開支皆持續攀升，加上勞動力短缺情況加劇，各行業營商壓力與日俱增。 T h eg l o b a l e c o n o m y r e m a i n e d s u s c e p t i b l e t o a n u m b e r o funcertainties, compounded by escalating geopolitical tensions and thetightening of trade protectionism, the macroeconomic outlook wasunclear. On the other hand, business operations were facing increasingchallenges. Rising logistics, financial, and promotional costs, coupledwith labor shortages, continued to impact all business sectors. 就本地市場而言，香港的經營環境，特別是餐飲及零售業仍然面臨重重挑戰。受制於本地消費減少、競爭加劇、消費行為出現重大轉變，尤其是跨境及海外消費趨勢不斷增長。營運成本如採購、租金、人工費用等持續上漲，進一步加重業界在營運上所面對的複雜性。企業所面對的挑戰日益加劇。 The business environment in Hong Kong especially in the cateringand retail industries, continued to be under pressure in the localmarket. Businesses were constrained by declining local consumption,intensified industrial competition, and significant changes in consumerbehavior, particularly the growing trend of cross-border and overseasconsumption.
