The Covid-19 pandemic influenced the world andprogressively faded out by the year end. In the post-pandemic period,the world economic recovery remained slow with uncertainty. Theoutbreak of Russia-Ukraine war and the contentious US and Chinatrade relationship impacted the global economy, influenced over boththe exchange rates and inflation, and further decreased consumerconfidence. Subsequently, the rising costs of raw materials, energy,labour and logistics had a significant impact on the performance of allindustries, adding uncertainty to the overall market environment. 香港正逐步擺脫Covid-19疫情的限制並從其影響中恢復過來。在後疫情時期，市場正在適應新的生活常態，新的消費行為亦有待探討。面對國內外消費疲軟、經濟環境惡化、金融緊縮，營商環境競爭激烈等等的挑戰，我們展現了適應變化的韌性，亦抓住了新的機遇。 Hong Kong is gradually relieving from the Covid-19 pandemicrestrictions and recovering from its impacts. In the post Covid-19pandemic period, the market is unsettled on adapting to the newnorms of life, the new consumer behavior is to be explored. Therehas been keen competition in the business environment due to theweakened domestic and foreign consumptions, deteriorating economicenvironment and tightened financial conditions. Frozen Meats Trading 凍肉貿易是本集團的核心業務。由於受Covid-19疫情的影響、全球經濟的不明朗、地緣政治緊張影響全球供應鏈，致營運成本，包括原材料及勞工成本持續上升，本集團的凍肉貿易業務亦無可避免地受到影響。 Frozen meats trading is the core business of the Group.
