As noted in Aon’s 2025Employee Sentiment Study1, employees at multinationalfirms express higher levels of satisfaction with theirwork and wellbeing, but they also expect more fromtheir employers in terms of benefits, compensation, and employer assistance. All of this takes placeamidst some of the most economically uncertain marketconditions in recent years. The challenge then is forglobal benefits professionals to provide programs andsolutions that attract and retain talent, while doing so ina predictable, value-driven, and cost-effective way.To those of you who participated in the survey, weextend our sincere thanks.
