The surveypaints a compelling picture in which globalgovernments are reinventing themselvesto prioritize citizen wellbeing. A supra-state dominated bybig business, transcending borders, anddriven by economic and commercial interestsrepresented 20% of the total responses.Interestingly, 16% think the future will bringa “tech-enabled small government”—wherethe government uses technology to outsourceall its major roles and engages citizens at alllevels of policy and service design to providetailored services at the touch of a button.
