Loss per share based on 1,946,314,108ordinaryshares in issue amounted to HK$0.28 cents(2024: HK$0.32 cents).DIVIDENDThe Board has resolved not to recommend the paymentof any final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2025(2024: HK$Nil).REVIEW OF OPERATIONSFor the year ended 31 March 2025, the Group recordedconsolidated revenue of approximately HK$50.2 million,markinga modest increase of approximately HK$0.7million or 1.4% from last year’s consolidated revenue ofapproximately HK$49.5 million. The net loss for the yearamounted to approximately HK$5.4 million compared tolast year’s net loss of approximately HK$6.2 million.TheGroup is mainly engaged in the operation ofChinese restaurants in Hong Kong which specialises inChiu Chow cuisine. Revenue for the Group’s Tsimshatsuibranch continued to thrive after the completion of ther e f u r b i s h m e n tw o r k s i n e a r l y A p r i l 2024 a n d adouble-digitgrowth in revenue was achieved.Theelegantnew decor has captivated our restaurantpatrons,drawing in more corporate and privatefunctions.
