Our products are sold to food distributors, international trading companies,and manufacturers of food, paper, textile, andchemical products in Vietnam and other ASEAN countries, the PRC, Japan, Taiwanand several European countries. Most of our productsare marketed under the VEDAN brand name. 味丹國際（控股）有限公司於二零零三年在香港聯交所主板上市。本集團是亞洲區域內以醱酵技術生產氨基酸產品、食品添加劑及澱粉工業產品的領先生產製造商。味丹國際的產品銷售予越南、其他東盟國家、中國、日本、台灣以及一些歐洲國家的食品分銷商、國際貿易公司，以及食品、紙類加工、紡織和化學產品生產商，本集團大部份產品均以「味丹」品牌銷售。 自 七 十 年 代 起，我 們 的 味 精 產 品 即 銷 售 到 越南、中 國 及 其 他 東 盟 國 家。為 加 快 開 拓 市 場，本集團於一九九一年成立越南味丹作為主要的生產基地，之後，業務不斷發展，生產規模也持續 擴 大。目 前，已 是 東 南 亞 地 區 最 大 的 味 精 生產 廠 商。在 越 南 國 內 則 是 最 大 的 賴 氨 酸 和 澱 粉工 業 產 品 供 應 商。於 一 九 九 五 年 收 購 廈 門 茂 泰廠 以 專 注 於 發 展 中 國 市 場。更 在 二 零 零 四 年 收購 上 海 味 丹 食 品 公 司 之 資 產 及 味 精 業 務，作 為其 中 國 區 營 運 中 心，務 求 全 力 開 發 中 國 市 場。二零零五年十一月味丹越南完成收購味泰木薯澱 粉 有 限 公 司，將 為 本 集 團 提 供 穩 定 之 澱 粉 供應，並加強澱粉產品的生產基礎。 Since the 1970s, our products have been marketed in Vietnam, thePRC, and other ASEAN countries. To accelerate market expansion, theGroup established Vietnam Vedan in 1991 as our major productionbase.Since then,the Group’s production has been undergoingcontinuous expansion due to strong growing demand. The Groupiscurrently the largest MSG producer in the Southeast Asianregion, and the largest supplier of lysine and cassava starch-basedindustrial products in Vietnam. In 1995, Vedan acquired a factory inXiamen to focus on developing the PRC market. In 2004, the Groupfurther acquired the assets and MSG business of Shanghai VedanFoods Company Limited, which will be developed into its businessoperationscenter in the PRC,signifying its determination andcommitment to become a major player in the PRC market. To ensurethe Group has a stable supply of starch and a strong productionplatform for starch related products, Vedan Vietnam acquired Ve-ThaiTapioca-Starch Co.
