Despitethe complex and volatile international political and economic environment,the Chinese economy has effectively implemented various existing policiesand stepped up efforts to introduce a package of incremental policies,which has significantly boosted economic recovery and effectively boostedsocial confidence. Confronted with both opportunities and challenges,the Group seeks good quality and great progress beyond the industrialcycle, accumulates new momentum for development and realizes newdevelopment, driven by “cloud + AI”. During the reporting period, the Group continued with stable growth in termsof operating results, recording a new high in history. The Group recorded aturnover of HK$89.1 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 21%;the after-tax net profit attributable to shareholders of HK$1.05 billion with ayear-on-year increase of 14%; and the return on equity (ROE) of 12.6%.
