Affected by a multitude of factors such as the adjustment in the realestateindustry,thepropertyserviceindustryiscurrentlyundergoingprofound turbulence. Despite numerous challenges, looking back, thejourneyremainsremarkable.In2024,DexinServicesGrouptook“stableoperation”asitsstrategicanchorandbravedtheheadwindtowards the transformation of “deep value cultivation”. SEEKING STABLE PROGRESS WITH FOCUS ONHIGH-QUALITY DEVELOPMENT The Group adhered to strategic development determination and, in linewithitsoperationaldirectionsetatthebeginningoftheyear,hadadvanced structural adjustment to its managed projects in an orderlymanner, and proactively withdrew from some low-efficiency operationalprojects. Amid a complex and ever-changing external environment, theGroup continued to optimize its operational quality and sustained thelayout of business gross profit margin above the industry average. TheGroup’s strong operational resilience has been widely recognized, andwas accoladed the title of “TOP 100 Property Management CompaniesinChina”for11thconsecutiveyear,havingmoveduptothe20thplace.TheGrouphadalwayscommittedtoindependentmarketexpansion and maintained the overall stability in its management scale.DuringtheReportingPeriod,theGrouptookoverhigh-qualitysecond-hand residential projects such as Hangzhou Qunxian Mansion,formingasuccessfulexperienceofestablishingreputationthroughbenchmark projects and inventory expansion through deep cultivation.In the non-residential sector that it focused on, the Group created acityservicestandardfeaturing“spaceoperation+industrialempowerment” at Quzhou CBD Science and Educat
