Withour 7th annual Women’s Winternship and first everwomen’s new hire mentorship program, we not onlymaintain a pipeline to attract diverse talent, but alsoempower our employees within the firm. At Virtu, our charitable efforts are not episodic. There is no one-time yearly obligation, ouremployees give back all year long. Virtu has a very localized approach to giving. What mattersto our clients and employees matters to Virtu.
