The Company is a renownedcontainer manufacturer in the world and having comprehensivedepot operation networks in the People’s Republic of China (the“PRC” or “China”). Our manufacturing business is currently supported by fivefactories in the PRC. We manufacture a wide range of productsincluding dry freight containers, collapsible flatrack containers,open top containers, tank containers, offshore containers,customised containers and other specialised containersand container parts. We have started the container leasingbusiness in recent years by allowing an additional option to thecustomers on top of direct purchase. Our logistics business includes container depots and logisticscompany, and is currently running eight container depotsat the major ports in the PRCDalian, Tianjin, Qingdao,Shanghai, Ningbo, Fuzhou and Xiamen. Additionally, the delivery of newcontainer vessels during the review year further stimulatedcontainer demand. As a consequence of such developments,the Group’s dry freight container factories operated
