As we release our 2024 annual report,on behalf of all staff of Xingye Wulian Service Group Co. Ltd. (the “Company”,together with its subsidiary, the “Group”), I would like to express our deepestappreciation and utmost respect to our customers, investors, partners and friendsacross society for their enduring trust and support! ++ Over the past year, we continued to capitalize on our strength in high-concentration regional focus, following the trend of the times and dedicatingourselves to fulfilling the needs of property owners. Through swift upgrades anditerations, the Group has realized the dual-drive model of “property management+ commercial management” and quickly built the “urban services” layout, strivingto become a nationally recognized and regionally dominant integrated serviceprovider. Over time, we aim to transform into a modern, digital, platform-basedand ecosystem-oriented enterprise, rooted in property services, powered by lifeand commercial services as twin engines, and centered on science and technology. 359.1 Over the past year, we have achieved a total revenue from property managementand services of RMB359.1 million, which is fairly stable compared to last year. We are fully aware that high-quality development is the inevitable trend in theindustry development. As property services enter an era of premium quality,delivering exceptional services will become the Company’s core competitiveadvantage and lifeline. Leveraging big customer data as our driving force, wedeeply identify the pain points and demands of customers to provide more preciseservices. Guided by the principles of putting customer first, prioritizing serviceexcellence and ensuring quality, we segment our customers and products, establishcorresponding standardized systems and ensure their effective implementation.For diverse business sectors and client requirements, we develop tailored serviceframeworks to provide services that align quality with value. 500 Centered on the non-residential sector, we offer comprehensive services coveringproperty management and value-added services across various business segments.Our service projects include venues such as the Zhengzhou InternationalConvention & Exhibition Center, the new headquarters of Shuanghui, andheadquarters of Top 500 companies. While expanding our presence in industrialparks covering sectors such as livelihood projects, technology, heavy industry andchemical industry, we also maintain strong momentum in healthcare, elderly careand educational institutions. We are committed to technology empowerment. Through the intellectualplatform developed by Wuxiang Intelligent, we utilize big data, cloud computingand other information technologies to empower our basic services, so as toenable the aggregation, visualization, analysis, innovation, and sharing of the dataresources across the entire zone. By increasing device adoption and implementingintelligent upgrades, we are continuously exploring new pathways for low-carbonoperations. In terms of value-added services, we concentrate on products and serviceswhile analyzing customer consumption behaviors to realize precise marketing.Capitalizing on local expertise, we source the most cost-effective solutions forclients, accompanied by the creation of Xingye Enterprise Service, a dedicatedbrand specializing in commercial property (asset) management and operations,providing end-to-end customized services for the entire lifecycle to enterprises.Meanwhile, it also develops in-person engagement platforms centered on buildingtenants, enabling the clients within the same community to efficiently fulfill theirsocial, emotional, and business objectives in limited time and space. In terms of investment and construction, we have made successful strides in thehotel sector, with multiple key construction milestones progressing on schedule.We are confident that upon completion, these projects will exert a practical andeffective capital driving effect. In the past year, we maintained steady progress, continuously expanding ourservice scope and enhancing integrated service capabilities, while advancingtowards market-driven professionalism.
