Profit attributable to owners ofthe Company for the year increased by approximately 14.9% toHK$302 million in 2024 when compared to 2023. 信利國際有限公司（「本公司」，連同其附屬公司統稱「本集團」）於二零二四年錄得之收益約178.4億港元相對二零二三年在收益方面增加約14.4%，主要為智能手機業務收益增加。本公司擁有人應佔本年度溢利較二零二三年增加約14.9%至二零二四年的3.02億港元。 Truly (Renshou) High-end Display Technology Limited* (信利(仁壽)高端顯示科技有限公司) (“Truly RS”), an associate of the Grouplocated in Sichuan in which it holds 17.14% equity interest, is a fifthgeneration TFT-LCD production plant, which has entered into massproduction in 2021. In 2024, Truly RS achieved smooth operationsand further increased its capacity utilization rate to over 90%. Theα-Si TFT-LCD production line of Truly RS has significantly enhancedour production capacity and market share in the smartphonedisplay sector, effectively meeting the precise demands of globalsmartphone manufacturers. Additionally, Truly RS’s LTPS TFT-LCD production line, specializing in automotive displays, offers keyadvantages such as high brightness and narrow bezels, which arecritical for modern automotive interfaces. Given its establishedproduction base and ongoing improvements in operational efficiency,Truly RS continues to strengthen the Group’s competitive positionin the TFT-LCD display panel market.
