The Group’s annual results havebeen audited by the Company’s auditor, ShineWing Certified PublicAccountants LLP. It is my pleasure to present the annual results of theGroup as well as its sustainable development strategy and outlook tothe shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”). I.INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC REVIEW FORTHE YEAR In 2024, the slower growth of the global economy showed acontinuation of sluggish recovery trends. The United States(the “U.S.”) economy was in a soft landing cycle with demandcooling down in an orderly manner and supply recoveringslowly; the European economy was recovering slowly, withsignificant disparities in the performance of major memberstates; Japan’s economic recovery was below expectationsand inflation remained at a high level; and other emergingeconomies, despite the challenges they faced, still recordedpositiveoveralleconomicperformance.Inaddition,themonetary policies of the European and U.S. central bankshave entered their interest rate cutting cycle. The global fiscalpolicies have returned towards normalization, and internationaltrade and direct investment rebounded. Domestically, China’seconomy has maintained overall stability and made steadyprogress. New quality productive forces have developedsteadily and positive progress has been made in preventingand resolving risks in key areas. How
