Our Name is Our Mission 2024 Annual Report ServisFirst Bancshareswww.servisfirstbancshares.com April 2025 Dear Fellow Stockholder, We finished 2024 in a strong fashion with net income of 10% over 2023. Loan growth was much improved over 2023 andwe saw our net interest margin increase on a monthly basis during the year as a result of asset repricing, loan growth andlower cost of funds. We anticipate continued loan growth in 2025, and we also expect asset repricing to continue during the year. The outlookfor loan growth has improved since the presidential election. Our customers indicate that they need lower short-term interestrates to begin new projects and the path of future interest rates is unclear today. The outlook for our industry under thecurrent Republican administration is thought to be positive with a potential partial reduction of the current cumbersome andcostly bank regulations. While we cannot control the economy, interest rates, regulatory matters and politics, we can controlwhat we do on a daily basis. Our bankers focus on serving our customers’ needs and staying in contact with them and beingavailable and responsive to their needs and requests and providing the best customer service in the industry. During COVID,many banks worked from home while we were in the office and out serving our clients, which led to improved market shareover the last several years. It sounds pretty simple, but in a highly regulated business like banking, there are many dailydistractions from the core mission of “ServisFirst.” We are excited about our new banking teams in Memphis, Tennessee and Auburn, Alabama that joined us in 2024. We areoptimistic about the future of these offices and these two markets and they are off to a strong start. We are a disciplinedgrowth company that sets high standards for performance. We strive to work harder than our competitors. Hard work leadsto success. As a shareholder, we need your banking business and your referrals of associates, friends and family. We thank you foryour confidence in our Bank, and we will work hard to keep your confidence in the future. Sincerely, UNITED STATESSECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSIONWASHINGTON, D.C. 20549 FORM 10-K (Mark One) ցANNUAL REPORT PURSUANT TO SECTION 13 OR 15(d) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2024ORտTRANSITION REPORT PURSUANT TO SECTION 13 OR 15(d) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934For the transition period from _______to_______ Commission file number 001-36452 SERVISFIRST BANCSHARES, INC.
