Letter toShareholders Dear fellow shareholders, 2024 was another successful year, as we generated 6.2%FFO per share growth, which marks our 6th consecutiveyear of growth, and speaks to the strength of our Defense/IT investment strategy, concentrating our assets adjacentto priority U.S. defense installations. We produced strongoperating results, as evidenced by our record levels of SameProperty cash NOI growth, Same Property Occupancy,and Tenant Retention.
