Dear Shareholders, in2022 we continued along our growthpath, despite the very difficult context wefaced. After two years since the beginning ofthe health crisis that radically changed thelives of each of us, 2022 was characterizedbyincreasing geopolitical instability andinflation at record highs worldwide, resultingin monetary tightening by central banks.Thus, the economic recovery seen in thefirst post-pandemic phase swiftly sloweddown, bringing a weaker and more volatilemacroeconomic environment, especially inthe second half of the year, with inevitablerepercussions also for the financial markets. Wecontinued with the successful roll-out of the Amplifon Product Experience inAmplifon Hearing Health Care in the UnitedStates and Switzerland reaching a total of12 countries globally, and launched Ampli-Carein Europe.Thanks to the adoptionoftechnologies that foster a deep,360°in-depthcustomer knowledge,this newdigital platform supports our hearing carespecialistsin providing a revolutionaryandpersonalized audiological experiencebothin-store and throughout the entirecustomer journey. The roll-out of innovative,proprietary diagnostic tools like the Otopad,the first and only Ipad based audiometer,as well as the implementation of a newimmersive store format at some shops inthe main European countries contribute toproviding our customers with an even moreengaging and innovative experience. In this context, we still managed to growat a faster pace than the market and gainmarket share globally, reaching record-highrevenues, EBITDA, and net profit. Revenues,in fact, exceeded 2 billion euros and EBITDAwas above 500 million euros, with double-digitgrowth in net profit.We reportedrevenues of 2,119 million euros and recurringEBITDAof 525 million euros,both 8.8%higher than last year. Net profit as reportedreached 179 million euros, an increase of13.1% compared to 2021, which allowed us topropose a dividend of 29 euro cents to ourshareholders, an increase of 11.5% compare
