Against the backdrop of relevantpolicy adjustments and optimizations, the industry has graduallystarted to see some relief, but the overall market has not yet exhibiteda strong momentum of recovery. The Group ’s real estate relatedservices businesses operating in mainland China mainly depend onthe prosperity of the real estate market and the sound development ofthe real estate sector. In the still gloomy business environment acrossthe industry, real estate developers have slowed down the progress oftheir projects. After completing certain existing real estate projects, theGroup failed to achieve a satisfactory pace in securing appropriate newprojects, resulting in a significant decline in revenue of the relevantbusiness segment. To address the pressure on revenue, the Grouphas continued to strengthen cost and expense management duringthe period, thereby minimizing the impact of the revenue decline onits performance. For the loss attributable to the shareholders of theCompany, there was a certain degree of narrowing during the period. 展望下半年，整體營商環境方面，本集團關注到國 際 地 緣 局 勢 和 環 球 貿 易 糾 紛 等 形 勢 趨 向 負 面發 展 及 愈 發 複 雜，預 計 將 令 市 場 及 經 濟 宏 觀 環境 充 滿 不 確 定 性。本 集 團 的 各 項 業 務 營 運 也 難以避免將面臨眾多挑戰。在「要促進房地產市場止跌回穩」的主旋律下，中國政府陸續推出及預期 將 推 出 更 強 力、更 廣 泛 的 各 項 支 持 政 策 穩 定行業，增強市場的信心。本集團希望爭取落實潛在 房 地 產 項 目 的 同 時，也 因 應 市 場 的 變 化 及 時調 整 經 營 策 略 及 房 地 產 相 關 服 務 的 結 構。拓 展新 業 務 方 面，本 集 團 正 在 抓 緊 落 實 與 商 業 夥 伴在 大 數 據 及 人 工 智 能 領 域 的 合 作，也 致 力 於 在下半年能夠實現通過向先進計算基礎設施（應用於人工智能及各類算力服務）提供改造、運維等相關服務創造新的收入來源。 Looking ahead to the second half o
