MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION ANDANALYSIS FINANCIAL RESULTS Revenue (i)(ii)(iii) The Group’s revenue consisted of (i) revenue derived from salesof the Group’s properties; (ii) fees from asset managementservices; and (iii) rental income from property leasing. The increase was primarily due to the delivery ofa residential project, LARCHWOOD, which obtained theoccupation permit during the Reporting Period. The decrease was mainly attributed to a one-offacquisition fee from a newly acquired project co-investedwith a joint venture partner recorded durin
