He is also responsible for the marketing and salesfunctions of the Group. He has more than 54 years’ experience in the plasticsindustry. 75 Mr. HUI Kwok Kwong, aged 75, is the Deputy Chairman, Managing Directorand a co-founder of the Group. He is responsible for the overall operationsand administration of the Group. He has more than 54 years’ experience in theplastics industry and he was awarded the Associateship (Plastic Industry) by TheProfessional Validation Council of Hong Kong Industries. 59 Mr. NG Chi Ming, aged 59, is the Technology Development Director of GreaterChina Department and Operations Director of Colorants Business of the Group.He is responsible for developing of plastics colouration, compounding technologyand key accounts in the Greater China market. He holds a Higher Diploma inTextile Chemistry from the Hong Kong Polytechnic (The Hong Kong PolytechnicUniversity’s predecessor). He also holds a Master of Engineering Managementdegree from the University of Technology, Sydney. He joined the Group in 1988and left in 1995. He re-joined the Group in early 1998 and has over 35 years’experience in plastic colouration and plastic injection moulding techniques. 47 Mr. HUI Yan Kuen, aged 47, is the General Manager of Ngai Hing Hong PlasticMaterials (Hong Kong) Limited and is responsible for sales and marketing ofplastic materials in the Group’s trading business. He holds a Bachelor degreein Civil Engineering from Queen’s University, Ontario, Canada and also holds aMaster degree of Business and Administration from The Hong Kong Universityof Science and Technology. He joined the Group in 2004 and has over 19 years’experience in business management, sales & marketing. Mr. HUI Yan Kuen isthe son of Mr. HUI Sai Chung (who is the Chairman of the Company) and thebrother of Mr. HUI Yan Kit (who is the senior management of the subsidiariesof the Company) and Mr. HUI Yan Lung, Geoffrey (who is the Director of theCompany).
