The Group’s expertiseincludes (i) provision of financial services comprising securitiesbrokeringand dealing,financing services,corporate financeand other advisory services, asset management and insurancebrokerage; (ii) proprietary trading; (iii) sales and marketing ofdigital assets; and (iv) property investment. 滙盈控股有限公司連同其附屬公司（統稱「本集團」）為擁有穩固基礎的金融服務集團，致力提供優質的金融服務及產品，以滿足大中華地區客戶在投資及財富管理方面的不同需要，並拓展業務至物業投資。本集團的專業領域涵蓋(i)提供金融服務，包括證券經紀及交易業務、融資服務、企業融資及其他顧問服務、資產管理及保險經紀業務；(ii)自營買賣業務；(iii)數碼資產銷售及推廣業務；及(iv)物業投資業務。 INDUSTRY OVERVIEW Asa leading international financial centre,Hong Kong hasbeen adversely affected by the pandemic as well as globalpolitical and economic uncertainties in recent years. Interestrates also remains high and further impacting the Hong Kongfinancialmarket.In the first half of 2024,investmentsentiment has remained cautious. In January 2024, the HangSeng Index (the “HSI”) reached a year-on-year low of 14,794pointsdue to liquidity stress.However,improved marketsentimentand enhanced measures for capital marketconnectivity between the Mainland and Hong Kong led to arise in the HSI, peaking at 19,636 points in May. Despite thisrecovery, concerns over delayed U.S. interest rate cuts and theMainland’s economic recovery caused the HSI to retreat. 香港作為主要國際金融中心，近年一直受疫情以及全球政治及經濟不明朗因素所影響。此外，利率持續高企，進一步影響香港金融市場。於二零二四年上半年，投資氣氛維持審慎。於二零二四年一月，流動資金緊絀導致 恒 生 指 數（「恒 指」）創 下14,794點 之 年 內低位。然而，市場氣氛改善及中港資本市場跨境聯繫之優化措施，帶動恒指回升，並於五 月 高 見19,636點。儘 管 如 此，市 場 對 美 國延遲減息及內地經濟復甦之憂慮，令恒指有所回落。 MANAGEMENT DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS管理層討論及分析 BUSINESS REVIEW Provision of Financial Services During the six months ended of 30 June 2024 (the “ReportingPeriod”), the Group remained focused on providing premium,comprehensivefinancial services to clients in its mainbusinessfocus area,capitalising on its prominent coretechnologiesand solid experience in the financial servicesindustry. Despite the market volatility, the Group continued tomake efforts in core business development. 截至二零二四年六月三十日止六個月（「報告期」），本集團憑藉其在金融服務業之傑出核心技術及豐富經驗，繼續專注在主營業務領域為客戶提供優質、全面之金融服務。儘管市場波動巨大，本集團仍繼續致力於核心業務發展。 During the Reporting Period, the Group recorded a decreaseinrevenue,attributable primarily to the slight drop inbrokeragecommissions in the brokerage and financingbusiness, as commission on fund raising reduced. To maintaincompetitiveness,the Company has restructured its humanresource
