TheGroup is headquartered in Hong Kong, and has manufacturing facilitiesin Shanghai, Suzhou, Jiangxi and Huizhou, the People’s Republic of China(“PRC”), Japan and Mexico. The Group currently manufactures and supplies a wide variety of copper& optical fiber cable assemblies, digital cable products, medical productsand servers which are produced to the specifications and designs ofits individual customer partners. Its products are used by a number ofestablished PRC and international customers in a variety of market sectors,including telecommunication, data centre, industrial equipment, medicalequipment, automotive wire harness, digital cables and server. Its business features on customised cable and server products for a varietyof specifications which are used in a wide range of applications. TheGroup supplies cable and server products on a Contract ManufacturingServices (CMS) basis, and its products are made-to-order, upon receipt ofits customers’ orders.
