During the later part of the second quarter demandseemedto pick up but not at a pleasing momentum.Priceerosionis also a factor for the difficulty in soliciting newcustomersas the worldwide and China economy remainedweak during the first half of the year. 本集團印刷線路板分類方面，第一季初印刷線路板市場依然疲軟，產業產能過剩但需求持續減 少。在 第 二 季 度 後 期，需 求 似 乎 有 所 回 升，但勢頭並不令人滿意。受到上半年全球和中國經濟依然疲軟，價格侵蝕也是導致難以吸引新客戶的因素。 本 集 團 財 務 投 資 分 類 及 金 融 服 務 分 類 方 面，財 務 業 績 於 本 期 間 錄 得 未 經 審 計 的 賬 面 溢 利主 要 由 於 出 售 持 有 不 良 資 產 的 本 公 司 附 屬 公司 的 全 部 股 權 所 產 生。此 外，該 溢 利 部 分 與(i)本 集 團 提 供 的 個 別 財 務 資 助 因 逾 期 未 能 收 回（「逾 期 財 務 資 助」）而 需 作 出 減 值 撥 備 和 部 分未 償 還 應 收 賬 款 因 逾 期 財 務 資 助 進 行 訴 訟 所導 致 的 額 外 減 值 撥 備 及(ii)當 前 資 本 市 場 動 蕩不安，以致線路板分類業務和財務投資分類業務的經營出現未經審核虧損互相抵銷。 Fortreasury investments segment and financial servicessegment of the
