CHAIRMAN‘S STATEMENT主席報告 Dear Shareholders, 各位股東： 本 人 欣 然 提 呈 本 集 團 由 二 零 二 三 年 一 月 一 日至 二 零 二 三 年 六 月 三 十 日 止 六 個 月 期 間（「本期間」）之簡明綜合中期業績。 I am pleased to present the condensed consolidated interimresults of the Group for the six months period from 1 January2023 to 30 June 2023 (the “Period”). 業 務 回 顧 BUSINESS REVIEW With the geographical events in Ukraine and the Western worldforeign policies against the PRC in 2023 have not improved,the first half of 2023 has seen an economy downtrend andthePCBs industry is of no exception.As mentioned earlier,the excess production capacity of PCBs industries in China hasdefinitely added a burden to this situation during the Period. 由 於 二 零 二 三 年 烏 克 蘭 的 地 理 事 件 以 及 西 方國家對中國的外交政策沒有改善，二零二三年上半年經濟呈現下滑趨勢，印刷線路板行業也不 例 外。如 前 所 述，於 本 期 間 中 國 印 刷 線 路 板行業產能過剩無疑給這種情況增添了負擔。 本集團財務投資分類及金融服務分類方面，財務業績於本期間不幸持續蒙受重大虧損，主要由 於( i )當 前 環 球 資 本 市 場 動 盪 所 產 生 的 負 面影 響 引 致 本 集 團 提 供 的 多 項 財 務 資 助 因 逾 期未 能 收 回（「逾 期 財 務 資 助」）而 需 作 出 減 值 撥備 及 部 分 未 償 還 應 收 賬 款 因 逾 期 財 務 資 助 進行訴訟所導致的額外減值撥備及；(ii)本集團所持按公平值計入損益的上市證券，因不利市價變動而產生重大公平值虧損；與此同時，香港及中華人民共和國（「中國」）之受規管活動，例如 香 港 法 例 第571章《證 券 及 期 貨 條 例 》（「《證券 及 期 貨 條 例 》」）第127(1)條 項 下，以 及 重 組業務皆極為複雜且充滿挑戰，使得該等業務於本期間難以發展。 Fortreasury investments segment and financial servicessegmentof the Group,the financial re
