Primary and secondaryresidential sales volume across the country and most provinces andcities continued to decline. This has led to many leading developersreporting decreased sales volume in the first half of 2024. Many ofthemcontinued to face serious liquidity constraints.The Group’soperationswere negatively affected by this continued industrydownturn. In the first half of 2024, the Group recorded a 30.7% year-on-year decrease in total sales revenue.
