According to the data released by National Bureau of Statistics of China,China’sgross domestic product(GDP)in the first half of 2024 wasapproximately RMB61.68 trillion, representing a year-on-year increase of5.0%. 2024GDP61.685.0% 2024 The Group’s key industrial gas products are mainly used in iron and steelproduction and hence, the Group’s revenue is derived mainly from iron andsteel production companies. In the first half of 2024, the iron and steelindustry in China was stable in general. 1-653,0571.1%43,5623.6%70,1022.8% According to the data released by China Iron and Steel Association, fromJanuary to June this year, China’s crude steel output was 530.57 milliontons, representing a year-on-year decrease of 1.1%; pig iron output was435.62 million tons, representing a year-on-year decrease of 3.6%; andsteel output was 701.02 million tons, representing a year-on-year increaseof 2.8%. 2024640.75 TheGroup’s pipeline and liquefied industrial gas business during theReportingPeriod decreased slightly in aggregate as compared to thecorresponding period last year, while the revenue of the LNG productsand pipeline transmission from Luanxian plant decreased significantly. TheGroup’s revenue in the first half of 2024 was approximately RMB640.75million. Supply of pipeline industrial gas The Group’s pipeline industrial gas is produced and transmitted to itscustomers via pipelines. The Group’s production facilities are located on,or in close proximity to, the production facilities of its pipeline industrialgascustomers to ensure convenient and efficient supply of industrialgas products. During the Reporting Period, the Group had two pipelineindustrialgas production plants in operation,namely the TTG LaotingBranchplant and TTG New District plant.
