Delays indistribution, settlement as well as receipt of income of TV dramaand film investments of the Company significantly and negativelyaffectedthe operating results regarding these investments,which has been reducing the amount of revenue and gross profitrecognized for a few years. The slow-down of business activitiesand postponement of some of the film and TV drama projectsdeveloped by the Group in prior years have impacted on thefinancial results of the Group. 截至二零二四年六月三十日止六個月，來自傳媒及文化業務的收益為約25.6百萬港元，而二零二三年同 期 則 為 約44.2百 萬 港 元。由 於 收 益 減 少，本 集 團於兩個期間錄得經營虧損，於截至二零二四年六月三 十 日 止 六 個 月 錄 得 本 公 司 擁 有 人 應 佔 虧 損 淨 額約11.3百萬港元（二零二三年：約25.3百萬港元）。 Revenuefrom its media and culture business for the sixmonthsended 30 June 2024 was approximately HK$25.6million, compared with approximately HK$44.2 million for thecorresponding period of 2023.
