Meanwhile, inflationary pressurespersisted, impacting raw material and labor costs. In response,the Group concentrated on optimizing the management of its localrestaurants. This included enhancements in the environment, services,products, and food safety, with the aim of continuously improvingcustomer satisfaction and strengthening customer relations, therebyboosting operational efficiency in its restaurants. 2024 In the first half of 2024, the overall and same-store table turnover rate ofHaidilao restaurants of the Group was 3.8 times per day, representingan increase of 0.5 time per day as compared to the same period in2023. The significant increase in the table turnover rate was mainlyattributable to (i) the continued recovery of the economic environment;and (ii) the efforts by Haidilao restaurants in several aspects, such asimproving customer satisfaction, broadening the customer base, andtapping into a range of consumption scenarios. For instance, initiativeswere aligned with holidays, concerts, tourism seasons, and sportsevents, which helped expand the customer base in nearby areas andenhance operations for occasions such as family gatherings and late-night dining. 20243.820230.5(i)(ii) In order to optimize customer experience, we also made great effortsin product innovation and improvement. To meet the needs andpreferences of local consumers, we identified the country managersto be responsible for products at the local markets, and supportingthem with various resources from the headquarters. In the first half of2024, we improved and launched new products worldwide for over 500times, covering categories such as the soup base, dishes, snacks, andbeverages. Restaurants worldwide incubated popular products, whichreceived wide interests from customers, effectively helping restaurantsenhance customer satisfaction and brand influence. In addition to ourexisting hot pot offerings, we proactively introduced new dining optionssuch as seafood steamer and BBQ plate, so as to enrich the optionsand experience of consumers in different per
