The increase was mainly dueto the increase in revenue and the share of profit of a joint venture,Jotun COSCO Marine Coatings (HK) Limited (“Jotun COSCO”). FINANCIAL REVIEW 收入 Revenue 截 至2024年6月30日 止 六 個 月， 本 集 團的 收 入 為1,752,887,000港 元（2023年：1,620,612,000港 元），同 比 上 升8%。核 心業 務 航 運 服 務 業 的 收 入 為1,667,279,000港 元（2023年（ 經 重 列 ）：1,449,191,000港元 ）， 同 比 上 升15%， 佔 本 集 團 收 入 的95%（2023年：89%），主 要 由 於 塗 料 分 部收 入 上 升， 加 上2024年1月 完 成 收 購 海寧 保 險 經 紀 有 限 公 司（「海 寧 保 險 經 紀」）令 來 自 保 險 顧 問 分 部 的 佣 金 收 益 上 升 所致。一 般 貿 易 的 分 部 收 入 為85,608,000港元（2023年：171,421,000港 元 ）， 同 比 下跌50%， 佔 本 集 團 收 入 的5%（2023年：11%）。 For the six months ended 30 June 2024
